Find information fast

Guidelines, pathways, leave cover, supervision and more. All in one place.

It started with a simple frustration.

As a clinician, I found myself constantly searching for information that was buried in spreadsheets or external websites, often needing to ask colleagues questions that felt like they shouldn't be questions at all.

Together, these questions added up to between 10 - 72 minutes of my clinical time every day. I built RALPH to make those everyday answers easy to find, so we can focus our time and energy on what matters.

Reduce inbox noise by up to 35%.

I measured that the exact same question can be asked up to 9 times per day within my practice - often, this revolved around whose responsibility it was to do something on that specific day. RALPH reduces friction for the whole team by making answers as easily accessible as possible with intelligent search functionality and a holistic approach to staff management.

I am a GP registrar working part-time at a GP surgery within the North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB). I graduated from Queen Mary University in 2019, and have been working as a clinician ever since.

Outside clinical work, I dedicate my spare time to creative projects I am passionate about, including RALPH and personal-use software.

Alongside this, I am interested in opportunities to help shape the future of the NHS and build innovative clinical software, combining frontline experience with hands-on product design and development.
